About
For more than ten years at Altair Global Relocation, I worked where reporting, workflow and compliance meet. I administered SmartQ, a Jira-style workflow platform handling about 54,000 requests a year, defining the validation rules, status controls and audit trails that kept its data reliable through SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits. I built caseload capacity reports, scheduled more than 100 client business reviews a year, and represented my team’s controls in the company-wide audit before going on loan to Internal Audit to coordinate SOC activities across the company’s 180 controls.
On assignment with Charles Schwab, I worked on a data mapping project for 300+ executive “Metrics that Matter,” tracing report SQL back to AWS and using Collibra to find each data set’s origin and owner.
I’ve come up to speed in telecommunications, relocation, real estate and financial services, and I’m most useful where a process lives in one person’s spreadsheet or a number means different things to different teams.
